Wynn Talks Wynn Cotai

Steve Wynn talked Wynn Cotai on the earnings call earlier today, calling the property a "category breaker" and "hum dinger" that will be worth the wait.

Wynn Resorts is currently performing soil sample tests (it's all trash) while they await official land grant from the Macau government.

Wynn Cotai will feature 1500 rooms with a large percentage of suites as well as a 500 table game casino (about 5x the average Vegas casino) and feature "entertainment everywhere" in addition to a large theatre. Wynn says that the parcel has space enough to add further hotel rooms, possibly a non-gaming hotel tower.
