The Dramman Files: City Of Dreams Cotai Feb 2009
Looks like City of Dreams has been "unwrapped" - hot damn. It looks like a great filet, just waiting to be thrown on the grill. Can't wait to see what this joint looks like with the lights turned on. All photos and commentary are by George "Dramman" Geddes unless noted. Thanks Dramboobazooba!
City Of Dreams
This project is at the stage where the pictures speak for themselves. I went around and got pictures from all angles. [there are three other ones which we will post later - Ed]
City Of Dreams was to open the beginning of the year, but its been pushed back to "the first part of '09", which makes me wager June 30. The two odd shaped towers in the back are the Hyatt and a Condo development. They were originally supposed to be "later extensions", but with the delays they just may be open in "the first part of '09".
On interesting thing to add, there does not seem to be a clear boundary between the COD and the St. Regis work sites. I cannot determine who's is what as the projects collide.

This got posted somewhere else (chuck?):
One note that I could not adequately capture on my camera.
The south side of the COD Crown Tower had some of the initial work to put on the big CROWN lights at top. Unfortunately there was a problem with the "R" and if you looked just right the top of the tower proclaimed CLOWN.
Circus Circus Macau anyone?
