Ponte 16, which opened on February 1, 2008, cost HK$2.4B (about US$350M) and is based on a French Riviera theme. The property is a partnership between Macau Success, a travel and cruise operator, SJM and Accor Hotels (Sofitel).
How are the rooms at Ponte 16 - 十六浦娛樂場?
Ponte 16 features 420 rooms inside of a 20 story hotel tower. The hotel is managed by Accor (Sofitel) so one can expect all of the amenities, decor and service to be exquisite. The rooms themselves are deliciously designed and feature cloth headboards, flat panel tv's, multiple power voltage outlest, minibars, wifi broadband internet and 24 hour room service.
The hotel also features a spa, swimming pool, business center, numerous meeting/conference rooms and a wedding chapel.

Ponte 16 features one restaurant inside the hotel - Le Mistral, which features both buffet and a la carte menu options. Le Mistral serves a wide array of food from nearly everywhere in the world.
Additionally, Ponte 16 has three bars on premises including Le Rendezvous for wines, cocktails and tapas. Pool Bar for booze filled smoothies, wine, they'll juice various concoctions of fruits and vegetables for you as well. Vin Bar for, of course wine and snacks.

Ponte 16 is located on the Macau peninsula in the inner harbor. You can probably walk here from downtown Macau if you've got the constitution of a yak. Take a cab, it's far and there are hills.
