Babylon Casino - 巴比倫娛樂場 - The Real Deal :
Babylon's casino is small by mega resort standards, but about average sized compared to the many VIP casinos that dot downtown Macau. Babylon offers 120 slot machines and about a hundred table games and is open 24 hours a day.
Babylon Casino has two main casino rooms a large two floor room which is lavishly decorated in a very earthy and different way. How can one describe this? It's not possible so... check out the photos. The second gambling floor was pretty empty last time we were there, but is absolutely a gorgeous room to behold. At the very least, take a walk around and look at the beautiful decor.
The dealers here also are a little over zealous to get you to join a game. They will invite you to join their table by extending their arms in greeting.

Babylon Casino in Macau's Fisherman's Wharf opened on December 23, 2005. It is owned by Dr. Ho's SJM. Babylon Casino (or Casino Bablyon) was originally intended to be a nightclub on Fisherman's Wharf but was switched to a casino during the planning stages.

Babylon Casino is located at the tip tail end of Fisherman's Wharf - only 3 minute walk from the Macau to Hong Kong ferry terminal. Other casino resorts nearby include Sands Macao, Macau Palace, Mandarin Oriental, Galaxy Waldo and the as yet unannounced MELCO/PBL "Trinity" project.

Babylon was originally supposed to be a large night club, but guess what... the casino won out.
All the security guards are from India/Pakistan area... most of them speak fluent English so if you need any help or directions, don't hesitate to ask them.
The Rooms at Babylon Casino - 巴比倫娛樂場
Babylon Casino does not have its own accommodations, but there is a 72 room hotel called "The Rocks" which is right next door. The Rocks offers four types of rooms, Deluxe, Premier, Grande Premier and Premier Suites. Rates range from US$260-600 per night (wow). It should be said that The Rocks is a five star boutique hotel with gorgeous 18th century architecture, plush interiors, luxurious rooms and is only steps away from the Macau to Hong Kong ferry and the Macao Sands. If you've got the loot, you really can't go wrong at The Rocks.
Restaurants at Babylon Casino - 巴比倫娛樂場
Babylon Casino is in the thick of the Fisherman's Wharf, there are tons of restaurants in the surrounding areas, including Vic's Cafe and Sky Lounge (booze, no food) in The Rocks Hotel right next door. The Fisherman's Wharf is essentially a mini-theme park with Disneyesque "Lands", here though these lands are real places. There is a New Orleans area (with tons of Nawlin's style chow), Amsterdam (no ganja), Rome, Aladdin's Fort (for kids), CapeTown, Libson, and African (definitely check out the AfriKana BBQ Restaurant for a culinary adventure).

There is an amazing amount of very interesting stuff to do in the Fisherman's Wharf. Check out the African Grill and the BBQ joint next to the Rocks Hotel. Yummy.

Funky place in relation to the rest of Macau. Its location on Fisherman's Wharf gives it a laid-back boardwalk feeling. Yet the place has a touch of class. Game selection is a bit limited though.
